About your Sommelier Seema Pal:  

Seema is also one of the few people in the wine industry in Manitoba with the WSET Diploma, and one of the province’s few wine instructors for wine education. She is the current title-holder of the Best Sommelier of Manitoba, and is serving as President for the CAPS (Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers) Manitoba organization. Seema is also among 10 sommeliers across Canada to win the Capstone California scholarship.
